Scholarship Requirements
To begin the application process, email info@thezellajeanfoundation.org
Service Project
Complete 20 hours of community service in a calendar year. Provide documentation including service hours using Google docs via email
Essay Project
Submit a 428 EXACT word count essay (indicate word count on first page of essay in the header) about a personal learning or personal life experience that has inspired you to pursue higher education. Use Google docs. Email essay as directed
Video Project
Submit a 3 minute and 20 seconds personal speech addressing how this award will help you to have a greater impact in 1 of 3 areas:
Leadership, Education, Accountability. Pick 1 area of focus. Video MUST NOT be the same as the essay. Submit video project as a YouTube link submit via email the YouTube link
Getting to know you
Briefly share household size for information as well as provide family dynamics and makeup as background in a Google Docs format. submit via email with the projects
